Return Initiation Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Navigate to the “My Orders” section.

  3. Select the specific order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  4. Click on the “Return/Exchange” button and select the reason for your request.

  5. Upload clear images of the product (mandatory if the product is damaged or defective) and submit your request.

  6. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing the return pickup details.


Exchange

Once an exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be re-delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.


Refund Turnaround Time (TAT)

Once a return is approved and accepted, the refund will be processed and credited within 3–5 days. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment or any other eligible mode, as applicable.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within the 10-day return period.
